Position Summary
Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This hybrid position will blend on-site work with remote responsibilities, allowing flexibility while maintaining comprehensive psychological services for our student body.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Provide individual and group counseling focused on social, emotional, and behavioral support.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement interventions and supports.
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings to ensure compliance and appropriate services.
- Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations.
- Deliver professional development and training on mental health topics.
- Manage a hybrid work schedule balancing in-person and remote duties effectively.
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience with both in-person and remote service delivery preferred.
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of special education law, mental health interventions, and culturally responsive practices.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
