Position Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This hybrid position will blend on-site work with remote responsibilities, allowing flexibility while maintaining comprehensive psychological services for our student body.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual and group counseling focused on social, emotional, and behavioral support.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement interventions and supports.
• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings to ensure compliance and appropriate services.
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations.
• Deliver professional development and training on mental health topics.
• Manage a hybrid work schedule balancing in-person and remote duties effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience with both in-person and remote service delivery preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of special education law, mental health interventions, and culturally responsive practices.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
