Job Overview:
This position involves providing high-quality clinical mental health services through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will support individuals, couples, and families by delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth and in-person therapy sessions for clients across diverse populations.

- Participate in ongoing professional development, peer consultation, and team meetings.

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in Massachusetts.
- Residency and active practice license in the state where services are provided.
- Ability to manage a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week.
- Strong ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to quality care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, couples, or families.
- Interest in supervisory or clinical leadership roles.
- Commitment to professional growth within a collaborative team environment.
