School Social Worker
Location: Bloomfield Hills Schools

Our partner schools in Bloomfield Hills is seeking a compassionate and collaborative School Social Worker, who enjoys variety, teamwork, and supporting students across multiple school communities. This role is open to part-time or full-time applicants.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with existing SSWs in elementary and middle school buildings to balance and support high caseloads

*
Assist with evaluations, social-emotional interventions, and service delivery

*
Support MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) initiatives and Peer-to-Peer programming

*
Partner with educators, families, and student services staff to promote student well-being and success

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective social work services to support students.
• Support and service in classroom groups.
• Help with screening students.
• Provide strong and effective social work services and support.
• Deliver emotional support strategies to students.
• Establish strong and healthy relationships with both students and parents/guardians.
• Educate parents/guardians on intervention strategies.
• Connect students and families with community mental health organizations if necessary.

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Must possess S310 form- Approval to work in MI schools
• Previous school social work experience is preferred.
