Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support student well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to promote positive outcomes.
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in K-12 school settings, preferably within a diverse student population.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
- Position is based in Hopkins, Minnesota, serving a K-12 school district.
