Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Active Maine licensure (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCPC, or LADC).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills - You thrive in a team setting and can handle high-stress situations.
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training (preferred or willing to complete during orientation).
