This role allows you to serve your community from the comfort of home-while remaining connected to a highly collaborative and supportive team.About the RoleAs a Licensed Counselor, you will empower clients on their recovery journey through:

Facilitating virtual group therapy sessions
Providing individual telehealth counseling services
Creating, implementing, and evaluating client-centered treatment plans
Completing timely, accurate electronic documentation
Supporting team members and contributing to quality care initiatives
Ensuring clients remain fully engaged in their treatment goals

Requirements

Must reside in Arizona and maintain an active AZ license:

?LMSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT, or LMFT

Experience in behavioral health, crisis, or substance use treatment preferred
Confident leading virtual groups and supporting a diverse client population
Strong boundaries, teamwork mindset, and a heart for mission-focused care
Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms
