This role allows you to serve your community from the comfort of home-while remaining connected to a highly collaborative and supportive team.About the RoleAs a Licensed Counselor, you will empower clients on their recovery journey through:
- Facilitating virtual group therapy sessions
- Providing individual telehealth counseling services
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating client-centered treatment plans
- Completing timely, accurate electronic documentation
- Supporting team members and contributing to quality care initiatives
- Ensuring clients remain fully engaged in their treatment goals
- Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
- 100% remote telehealth services (within AZ)

- Must reside in Arizona and maintain an active AZ license:
- Experience in behavioral health, crisis, or substance use treatment preferred
- Confident leading virtual groups and supporting a diverse client population
