We are seeking qualified, compassionate, and dedicated Practice Manager with an LCSW to join our leadership team.

Positions are available for the following hours Monday through Friday.
Full time: 9:00am-6:00pm (Wednesdays 1:00pm-6:00pm)
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Strategic leadership and management of all Practice administrative and operational functions to support efficient and effective delivery of Provider services. Incumbent is also responsible for Clinical Supervision and various activities including but not limited to systems oversight, training management and our intern program management. Responsible for the management of assigned staff, including oversight for the effective completion of assigned tasks, and execution of performance management in accordance with company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide Clinical Supervision to assigned members of the provider team.
- Responsible for daily review of client charts and approvals or return to providers with guidance and recommended changes before signing.
- Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of sessions, meetings, trainings, feedback and other required and appropriate reporting obligations.
- Provide Clinical Therapy to assigned clients of the Practice in accordance with all established policies, practices, and obligations.
- Perform daily review, analysis, and response to internal and external email communications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and respond to internal inquiries in the Practice Management software chat and communication tools.
- Timely preparation and completion of Client documentation.
- Responsible for managing the Intern Seminar Program to include execution and delivery of our intern curriculum. Conducts mid-year and year-end reviews and reports.
- Responsible for teaching and mentoring assigned staff and delivery of Practice wide training.
- Oversee training program to ensure current, achieves compliance obligations, and the timely completion of training by staff.
- Tracks records for internal and external audit purposes.
- Responsible for data management of the Electronic Health Records system.
- Primary liaison for all office maintenance issues and concerns.
- Participate in regulatory and legal obligations review and analysis to ensure Practice remains in compliance.

- Responsible for handling all client escalations and customer service matters in a timely and efficient manner for the Practice.
- Perform record request verification and fulfillment, including email, fax, and mailing record requests to the required destination.
- Prepare data, reports, and information requested by the Clinical Director.
- Responsible for verification of time and complete clinical record completion by Practice clinicians in the electronic health record system.
- Lead, facilitate and attend various Practice meetings providing leadership, contributing value, and participating collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Respond to inquiries, concerns, and challenges from the clinical staff in a timely and efficient manner triaging and escalating to the Clinical Director as appropriate.
- Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, evaluation, goal setting, performance management, corrective action, coaching and mentoring.
- Timely review and approval of all assigned employee timesheets, time off requests, and absences.
ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Responsible for handling escalations and Client grievances and complaints performing and documenting the matter to include any investigation, outcomes, and action taken.
- Responsible for the execution of special projects and initiatives to support the sustainability and performance of the Practice.
- Carries out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines.
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
- Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
- Remains current in profession and industry trends.
- Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by: making suggestions for improvement and learning new skills, procedures and processes.
- Is available for other duties as required.
- Is available for overtime as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the direct management of assigned clinical and administrative staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in social work (MSW), counseling, or related field.
Must have two (2) years experience as a member of management or leadership in a Clinical Practice.
Must have active LCSW license in Colorado.
Good standing with DORA and all other applicable boards.
Four (4) years of experience conducting individual/family trauma therapy, such as EMDR, TF-CBT, IFS, or CPT.
Three (3) years of direct people leadership experience of clinical and administrative professionals.

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES OR QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience in the management of electronic health record systems and data.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, clinical services, and coordination of people and resources.
- In depth understanding of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and management of Protected Health Information (PHI) and other confidentiality requirements in the clinical field.
Computer skills:
- Work and be proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Work and be proficient with clinical Practice Management Software, Electronic Medical Record systems, and scheduling tools.
- Must be proficient with Google workspace including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and more.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to production.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
