Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Counselor seeking to complete the requirements for licensing, to join our dynamic healthcare team. We are a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health private practice located in Debary FL and Orlando FL. In this vital role, you will provide individual psychotherapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your growing experience and knowledge will help individuals navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve mental wellness. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and crisis management skills to foster positive outcomes. Our office provides the supervisor and mentorship.

Duties

• Perform individual psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence based techniques.
• Clinical documentation of every clinical encounter with 24 hours of the visit.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an outpatient setting to optimize treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered mental health counselor in the state of Florida.
• Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish preferred)
