Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in alignment with professional standards of care.
• Utilize evidence-based and measurement-informed approaches to monitor and enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal support teams for billing, credentialing, and technology assistance.
• Engage clients around progress tracking and outcome measures to ensure effective, goal-oriented care.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, consultations, and peer collaboration sessions.

Requirements

• Active state licensure as one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Ability to provide telehealth and/or in-person sessions.
• Strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with outcome-based or measurement-informed treatment.
• Comfort using electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.
• Interest in continuous professional growth and peer collaboration.
