What You'll Do
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adults, and families.
- Provide mental health counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
- Offer parent and family education on behavioral strategies, stress management, sibling support, and navigating new diagnoses.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Assist families in accessing community resources and school-based supports.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current Washington State licensure (or eligibility) as an LICSW, LASW, or LSWAA.
- Experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
- Compassionate, resourceful approach to care and excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment.
- Prior experience in a pediatric, medical, or therapeutic setting preferred.

$79,000 - $105,000 per year
