SPG is hiring Full Time RBT's for School-Based Services!

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with students with Autism and related disabilities in the school settings! SPG is dedicated to providing all employees with a unique mentoring program and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships. Hourly Rate - $22.00 - $24.00, depending on experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition
• Collect data

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
• Required: 9 months of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, (or 6 months accompanied by RBT Certification)
• Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed)
• Ability to work with students in-person
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!
• Driving is a key requirement for this position to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role. As such, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are either unavailable or not deemed reasonable.

General Requirements

• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
