Circle Creek Therapy is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (MSW) to join our expanding Behavioral Health Program as our Team Lead. This role offers an exciting opportunity to serve a diverse pediatric client base in a collaborative, private practice setting while supporting the growth and success of our Behavioral Health team. The Behavioral Health Team Lead is an experienced clinician who provides mental health counseling, parent and family education, and case management services while also mentoring and supporting fellow clinicians. This position plays a key role in fostering professional growth, coordinating education and events, and ensuring high-quality, family-centered care across the department.

What You'll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adults, and families.
- Provide counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
- Offer parent and family education on behavioral strategies, stress management, sibling support, and navigating new diagnoses.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.
- Assist families in accessing school-based services and community resources.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Mentor and Support: Provide supervision, guidance, and feedback to team members to enhance clinical confidence and skill development.
- Coordinate Education & Events: Oversee the family education event calendar, plan and delegate tasks, and participate in parent education nights, sibling groups, and community events.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Offer consultation and support to clinicians in all departments to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Facilitate Communication: Lead monthly Behavioral Health meetings, manage schedules and room reservations, coordinate coverage, and support day-to-day operations.
- Administrative Oversight: Approve PTO, handle sick calls, review and cosign documentation, and monitor communication logs to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
- Onboarding & Development: Partner with management to onboard new clinicians, track training completion, and identify ongoing learning opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current Washington State Licensure (or eligibility) as an LICSW.
- Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and support a team.
- Compassionate, resourceful approach to care with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a pediatric, clinical, or multidisciplinary therapy setting preferred.
