Schedule: FlexiblePosition Overview"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for an exciting remote opportunity within Washington State..Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Quality ReviewPerform comprehensive quality reviews of PASRR Level II evaluations, follow-ups, and significant change assessments.Verify diagnostic accuracy, recommended services, and placement determinations per Federal and State compliance.Evaluate clarity, completeness, and clinical integrity of submitted documentation.Identify trends or quality gaps and recommend corrective actions.Clinical Consultation & FeedbackDeliver professional, constructive feedback to PASRR evaluators statewide.Ensure consistent application of PASRR standards across all reviewers.Support ongoing evaluator development and knowledge alignment.Program CollaborationWork closely with Quality Assurance leadership, clinical teams, and program management.Contribute to policy updates, review tools, training assets, and quality improvement initiatives.Compliance & ReportingMaintain strict adherence to HIPAA and Washington State confidentiality regulations.Submit quality reviews in accordance with HCA timelines and data integrity standards.Assist with audit readiness and provide supporting documentation when needed.Minimum QualificationsActive Washington State LICSW license (Required).4+ years of clinical experience with geriatric, long-term care, or medically complex populations.2+ years in clinical supervision, peer review, or QA functions within behavioral health or LTC settings.Strong expertise in mental health assessment and treatment planning for older adults.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a feedback-driven, collaborative approach.Experience in interdisciplinary or care coordination environments.Proficiency with electronic documentation platforms and Microsoft Office.Preferred QualificationsDirect PASRR, Medicaid, or long-term care program experience.Familiarity with PASRR Federal Guidelines (42 CFR 483) and Washington State HCA processes.Experience interpreting and operationalizing complex clinical or regulatory standards.Background in data-driven quality improvement models.For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-806-4227.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
