- Position Type: Full-time
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.
- Address mental health issues through professional therapy.
- Create and manage customized treatment plans for each client.
- Facilitate consistent therapy sessions, revising strategies as necessary.
- Conduct evaluations to monitor therapeutic outcomes.
- Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, referring to specialists as needed.
- Support clients in achieving emotional well-being and growth.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active LMFT licensure in California.
- Proficient in individual, couple, and family counseling.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy (a plus).
