Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Role in California
Our goal is to guide clients toward meaningful personal and relational growth. By providing a safe and accepting space, we help clients process challenges, build self-awareness, and rediscover balance.We believe in empowering clients to bring their authentic selves into therapy and supporting them through every step of their journey.
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Address mental health issues through professional therapy.
  • Create and manage customized treatment plans for each client.
  • Facilitate consistent therapy sessions, revising strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct evaluations to monitor therapeutic outcomes.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, referring to specialists as needed.
  • Support clients in achieving emotional well-being and growth.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active LMFT licensure in California.
  • Proficient in individual, couple, and family counseling.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy (a plus).
