Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a competitive benefits package.

Core Responsibilities:

Guiding clients toward their treatment goals.
Delivering therapy sessions aimed at prevention and recovery.
Creating and reviewing detailed treatment plans.
Working closely with other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintaining proper documentation and managing a full caseload.

Requirements

Master’s or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling.
Active Arizona licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques.
