  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a competitive benefits package.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Guiding clients toward their treatment goals.
  • Delivering therapy sessions aimed at prevention and recovery.
  • Creating and reviewing detailed treatment plans.
  • Working closely with other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and managing a full caseload.
Requirements
  • Master’s or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling.
  • Active Arizona licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques.
  • A commitment to teamwork and personal growth.
