Full-Time : 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) Opportunity Available!


Pay Range $24.00 - $28.00/hour (All Inclusive Based on Experience and Status)

$3 Paid in Lieu availability!

Same Day Pay!


At Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we’re dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care in a warm and engaging environment. As our Memory Care Activity Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to lead with heart—creating programs that bring purpose, joy, and connection to residents living with dementia or memory-related conditions.


What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and oversee the development of unit objectives, policies, and procedures.

Prepare and present records and reports to the Executive Director regarding the program’s budget, progress, and goals.

Conduct assessments for admission and discharge, ensuring individualized plans of care.

Develop and implement engaging daily programming designed to support cognitive and emotional well-being.

Collaborate closely with staff, residents, and families to maintain open communication and personalized care.

Pursue continuing education in dementia care and related fields to enhance program quality.

Lead and motivate a team of compassionate caregivers to deliver exceptional resident experiences.


What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing, compassionate, and organized professional with strong leadership skills.

Experience working with individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.

Prior experience in recreation, occupational therapy, or activities within a healthcare or senior living setting is highly preferred.

Some related education or certification in activities, healthcare, or therapy fields is a plus (not required).
