We are seeking a fully licensed clinician to join our Greeley Office. We invite both provisionally licensed, or fully licensed to join our diverse team from all walks of life. Additionally, we welcome individuals with different clinical training, modalities, and perhaps more importantly, passion areas they would like to lean into.
Our Mission is to provide excellent behavioral health services to diverse clients, utilizing a wraparound team of clinicians with evidenced-based specialties.
Our Vision, simply put, is to meet the needs of our communities, while still tending to our own mental health through balance, boundaries, and self-care.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
- Licensed to practice independently by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
- 2 years post licensure experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services to a diverse clientele.
- Communicate client needs and updates to the treatment team as needed.
- Maintain current and accurate documentation of services using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Participate in weekly Staff Meetings
- Other duties as assigned
