Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Supervision Role (2–3 hrs/week, $100–$130/hr, W-2, Hybrid)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide supervision and mentorship to our Psychological Associates. This is a supervisory role, perfect for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring and shaping developing therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual clinical supervision (2–3 hours/week) for therapy-heavy associates (~14 therapy clients/week; occasional assessment).
• Review documentation and co-sign assessment reports as needed (~1 per month).
• Offer case consultation, clinical guidance, and mentorship.
• Ensure supervisees comply with ethical, legal, and documentation standards.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology (APA-accredited program)
• Active California Psychologist License
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience
• Prior experience supervising associates preferred
• Experience with therapy-focused cases, Autism, ADHD a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
