We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide supervision and mentorship to our Psychological Associates. This is a supervisory role, perfect for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring and shaping developing therapists.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual clinical supervision (2–3 hours/week) for therapy-heavy associates (~14 therapy clients/week; occasional assessment).
 - Review documentation and co-sign assessment reports as needed (~1 per month).
 - Offer case consultation, clinical guidance, and mentorship.
 - Ensure supervisees comply with ethical, legal, and documentation standards.
 - Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions as needed.
 
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology (APA-accredited program)
 - Active California Psychologist License
 - Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience
 - Prior experience supervising associates preferred
 - Experience with therapy-focused cases, Autism, ADHD a plus
 - Excellent communication and leadership skills
