Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision and training to school staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working in a school setting. This role is located near Orange, NJ and will be full time for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.

  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans within the school setting.

  • Provide direct supervision and training to school staff, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and aides, on implementing ABA strategies.

  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices relevant to the school setting.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/ licensure in NJ State.

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting.

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
