Home Health Care Staffing Coordinator

Home Care agency seeking a full time Senior Staffing Coordinator with EXPERIENCE to work in our Clifton, NJ location. MUST have experience in working in a home care agency, preferably in the Passaic County area. Must be bilingual Spanish, excellent customer service.

We are looking for an experienced coordinator to oversee the client caseload and supervise the other coordinators.

Must be driven and motivated in getting new client referrals and helping in agency growth.

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling Home Care Aides and coordinating Client services
- Managing and supervising a staff of Home Care Aides
- Building positive relationships and effectively communicating with Aides, Clients, and Case Managers
- Working closely with other Coordinators in the office to ensure that clients receive consistent, quality care
- Assisting the Agency as needed in getting new client referrals and helping in agency growth
