Behavior Technician: Empower Lives, One Step at a Time
Pay Rate: $21–$25/hr

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their behavioral and learning goals—working side-by-side with educators and specialists who share your commitment to growth and inclusion.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct behavioral and educational support in school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals
- Help implement individualized plans that foster progress and confidence
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
