We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and entrepreneurial-minded Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our newly established Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice as our Founding Clinical Director. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee all clinical aspects of the organization, ensuring high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Mentor, train, and lead a dedicated team of behavior technicians and clinical staff.

• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certification (BCBA).
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active and clear state licensure.
• Professional liability insurance required for independent contractors (1099).
