Local Candidates (Mesquite area):
Hourly pay range: $49$57/hr
Consistent full-time school-based schedule
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment):
Equivalent take-home pay: $60$69/hr
Weekly pay ranges: $1,743$1,973
Compensation structured with a low taxable hourly base plus tax-free housing and meal stipends
Relocation and travel logistics assistance provided

Job Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide training and coaching for teachers, staff, and families
Supervise and monitor implementation of behavior support strategies
Track and analyze student progress data
Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
Requirements
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification required
