Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Mesquite, TX

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in a Mesquite, Texas school district. Compensation Packages

Local Candidates (Mesquite area):

  • Hourly pay range: $49$57/hr

  • Consistent full-time school-based schedule

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment):

  • Equivalent take-home pay: $60$69/hr

  • Weekly pay ranges: $1,743$1,973

  • Compensation structured with a low taxable hourly base plus tax-free housing and meal stipends

  • Relocation and travel logistics assistance provided

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Provide training and coaching for teachers, staff, and families

  • Supervise and monitor implementation of behavior support strategies

  • Track and analyze student progress data

  • Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification required

  • Eligible for Texas licensure (if applicable)

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Ability to complete required background checks and district onboarding
