We are seeking a highly customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Patient Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and passionate about skincare and aesthetics, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience and at least 2 years of proven sales experience in a consultative or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on the benefits of services offered at the practice
  • Collaborate with medical providers to meet patient needs, including consultations and referrals for treatments such as lasers, Botox/Dysport, and fillers
  • Promote and sell skincare products and treatments available through the practice
  • Deliver superior customer service to exceed client expectations and create an exceptional patient experience
  • Conduct consultations with new patients, leveraging prior knowledge of skincare and aesthetic services
  • Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Cross-train in various roles within the practice, including front office, back office, and assisting providers
  • Overseeing Patient Care Coordinator team
  • Ensuring smooth provider flow
  • Lead team in ensuring sales goals are met

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a professional, customer-facing environment
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within skincare, aesthetics, or retail industries
  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
  • Retail sales experience is a must
  • Spanish-speaking preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable applying skincare and makeup products
  • Knowledge of skincare and aesthetic services is required
  • Experience in Medspa systems is a plus but not required
  • Ability to assist providers, including injectors and licensed laser technicians, as needed

Schedule

  • Monday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (with corresponding Mondays off if business allows)
