About the Role
We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings clinical excellence, curiosity, and compassion to their work. This is a full-time hybrid position, blending in-person services with Telehealth flexibility. As part of our team, you’ll guide treatment planning, mentor RBTs, and partner with families in building meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behavior, skills assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight for RBTs and ensure program fidelity
- Deliver supervision hours aligned with BACB standards
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to support meaningful goals
- Collect, review, and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
- Maintain documentation to meet ethical, legal, and payer standards
- Participate in team meetings, caregiver trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Uphold CST’s mission of creating flexible, collaborative pathways for growth
What You’ll Bring:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- At least 1 year of supervisory/mentorship experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to balance independence with teamwork
- Professionalism, adaptability, and a grounded, relational approach to care
- Experience across home, school, or community settings (bonus, not required)
- Ability to pass a background and reference check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred!
