What You’ll Do

As an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, you’ll provide therapy for a diverse caseload of children, adolescents, and adults (in-person or via telehealth). You’ll integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients manage conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and eating disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and/or family therapy using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions
  • Treat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders
  • Collaborate with clients (and families when appropriate) to create and follow treatment plans
  • Deliver culturally competent, client-centered care
  • Conduct health and behavior assessments when clinically indicated
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and billing

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Virginia license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
  • Experience providing therapy to diverse populations across the lifespan

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting/carrying of items up to 40 lbs
  • Normal or corrected vision and hearing required
