About DHCare NY:
At DHCare NY, we put people first. As a trusted facilitator, we support families in managing home care that’s personal, dignified, and empowering. We're growing our team to help community members complete their Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) registration and access the care they deserve.
About the Role:
We’re hiring intake team members to assist with PPL registration, onboarding and compliance. This is a frontline, community-focused role supporting caregivers and participants through the enrollment process, ensuring paperwork is completed correctly and with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help individuals and families navigate the PPL registration process
- Provide support with forms, documentation, and submission
- Clearly explain the steps involved and offer basic guidance
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of completed enrollments
- Uphold DHCare NY’s commitment to compassion, clarity, and trust
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Prior experience in community outreach, social services, or admin support a plus
- Detail-oriented and patient, with a helpful mindset
- Comfortable traveling to our Albany Office
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
