Role Description

This is a contracted, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Lewis ABA - Applied Behavior Analysis, PLLC, for a client located in the Riverdale neighborhood of the Bronx (zip code 10463) . The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide personalized programs to individuals with behavioral needs, implement and adjust behavior intervention plans, and conduct functional behavior assessments. The role involves data collection, analysis, and supervision of behavior technician staff. Additionally, this position includes training and educating parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Parent Education and teaching behavior management strategies
• Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management
• Strong observational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Compensation:

• $100.00 - $150.00/hour
