Pay: $60–$62 per hour + multiple bonus opportunities

Schedule: Part-time – 10 hours on-site + 8 hours telehealth (remote)

Bonus Opportunities:

• $3 per completed note when submitted within 48 hours
• Monthly caseload bonus based on the number of sessions completed

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to residents coping with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure holistic, compassionate support
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Foster meaningful relationships that enhance residents’ emotional well-being

Requirements:

• Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC license in Colorado
• Passion for working with the senior population
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Experience in senior care, home health, or behavioral health a plus
