Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Manager with an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license to join our client. Lead clinical operations at a nationally recognized, mission-driven organization providing trauma-informed addiction and mental health treatment. This role oversees Detox, Women’s Residential Treatment, or Admissions programs, managing high-acuity care while fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment. Must be a person who step up for others, especially in high-acuity situations. Strong collaboration and emotional maturity are key.
Salary: $79,000–$94,000/year
Overview:

This role oversees Detox, Women’s Residential Treatment, or Admissions programs, managing high-acuity care while fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinical operations for one of three programs: Detox, Women’s Residential, or Admissions.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of therapists, counselors, and case managers.
- Supervise licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, ensuring treatment plans meet county and QA standards.
- Coordinate with medical and operational staff for continuity of care and contract compliance.
- Guide teams through high-pressure situations, de-escalations, and emergencies.
- Support team performance, scheduling, and coverage coordination.
- Promote a collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive work culture.
Qualifications:
- Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license.
- 3+ years leadership experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or community mental health.
- Experience with trauma, substance use, homelessness, and incarceration populations.
- Strong supervisory skills and audit-ready clinical documentation.
- Proficient with EMRs, treatment planning, and county standards.
- Calm, grounded leadership in dynamic, high-need environments.

- On-site Role – No Remote Option (at first): County contracts require in-person work, especially during the first 6 months. Remote or hybrid work is not formally allowed, but once clinicians are fully trained and integrated, occasional flexibility is common.
