We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated ABA Therapists to join our team—clinicians who believe that connection comes before compliance and that therapy should be a collaborative, nurturing experience for both clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
* Implement individualized behavior support plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
* Use developmentally appropriate strategies that affirm each child’s unique needs and neurotype.
* Track data and provide session notes with care and integrity.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and your clinical team.
* Collaborate with caregivers to ensure consistency and support outside of sessions.

Mondays, Wednesdays- 3:30-5:30pm,
Tuesdays, Thursdays -4:15pm-6:45pm,
Fridays- 2:45-6:30pm and
Saturdays- 10-2pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
