Your Role:

As an Associate Therapist at CCPS, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, seniors and families. Your work will be varied and impactful, taking place in our tranquil offices, or through telehealth. Supervised by experienced Clinical Supervisors reporting directly to our Clinical Director, Kristyn Collins, PhD, you will be supported in your professional journey every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
  • Conduct comprehensive intake sessions and create tailored treatment plans
  • Facilitate client assessments and provide clear, actionable feedback
  • Offer conflict resolution and crisis intervention when necessary
  • Perform mandated reporter duties responsibly
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly supervision meetings
  • Maintain a consistent schedule and uphold appointment commitments
  • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Foster open communication with supervisors and peers
  • Engage in training sessions focused on racial, cultural, and LGBTQIA inclusivity
  • Collaborate respectfully with all team members

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • Active application or possession of an associate number with the BBS
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a people-focused approach
  • Proficient in time management and prioritization
  • Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Awareness and understanding of multicultural issues
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred
  • Familiarity with EMRs such as TherapyNotes is a plus
  • Prior experience with vulnerable and economically disadvantaged communities is highly valued
  • Adherence to all legal and ethical standards for licensed professionals

Compensation:

This is a non-exempt, W2 employee role. Starting pay is $50 an hour per completed appointment. We are offering $55 an hour for clinicians who also speak Spanish.

Schedule:

Seeking a 25-40 hour clinical commitment per week. We are seeking individuals who can work at least two evenings (until 7pm) and/or a Saturday shift.
