Join us as a Clinical Supervisor and lead with purpose. Oversee a team of 7-8 clinicians and support staff, guide evidence-based care, and help shape lives in your community. This flexible role offers leadership training, EBP certification support, and a strong clinical network.What You'll Do:

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervise treatment planning
  • Ensure quality care and documentation compliance
  • Support staff development and manage crisis issues
  • Maintain external agency relationships and program operations
  • Option to carry a limited caseload

  • A Master's degree required in field of social work, marriage family therapy or doctorate in clinical psychology. Must be licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist in good standing with the BBS.
  • Must be two years post licensure and able to supervise clinical staff per BBS regulations.
  • Two to four years direct service experience
  • One or more years of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience with children and families in the social service or mental health field.
  • Exceptional strong writing skills are required. Must be able to document in a clear and concise manner and in accordance with DMH and other program standards.
  • Experience in LA county service delivery preferred.
