Licensed Psychologist for Part Time Side-Hustle Assessment-Related

We’re on the lookout for a licensed psychologist in VENTURA, California—someone who prefers clean, straightforward assessment work without the therapy marathons or billing acrobatics. Think structured interviews, data, and diagnostic clarity—your office, your schedule, your pace.

We provide the infrastructure, referrals, and admin support so you can focus on what you actually trained for. No testing kits needed right away—initial work centers on structured clinical interviews, with room to grow into full assessment batteries for both adults and kids. Ability/interest to test is strongly preferred.

We’re seeking psychologists who value independence, flexibility, and the satisfying puzzle of assessment.

Psychological associates are also welcome to apply—our supervisory team is experienced, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you build skill and confidence. SPE is NOT offered.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
