What You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 with children in their homes or schools using ABA and PRT (Pivotal Response Treatment)
• Use play, natural routines, and evidence-based techniques to teach communication, daily living, and social-emotional skills
• Collect data and track client progress using iPad-based tools
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and participate in virtual or in-person check-ins
• Implement client goals while promoting independence, safety, and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Afternoon availability (1 p.m.–8 p.m.)
• 6+ months of experience with children or individuals with ASD or developmental delays
• Comfortable driving to homes throughout North and South Orange County (Santa Ana, Anaheim, Garden Grove, etc.)
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license
• Open to feedback, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
