Job Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Oversee Treatment: Lead comprehensive functional assessments and create highly effective, data-driven treatment plans for clients.
  • Clinical Mentorship: Provide direct mentorship, training, and ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, fostering their professional development.
  • Family Education: Deliver effective parent and caregiver training sessions to ensure consistency and support for treatment goals outside the center.
  • Quality Assurance: Actively maintain a commitment of 30 billable hours per week while ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality in all programs.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage actively within a supportive peer-based pod model to promote team consistency, share insights, and support colleagues.
  • Program Advancement: Contribute to the development of ongoing training materials, clinical quality assurance (QA) protocols, and curriculum enrichment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field of study.
  • Certification: Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and various developmental needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing modern technology for clinical practice, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and tablets (e.g., iPad).
  • Clearance: Ability to pass a thorough background check and provide current TB test and immunization records upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the Spanish language is considered a significant asset.
