Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to join our collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you will provide clinical guidance, mentor staff, and help ensure high-quality care for individuals with autism and developmental needs. Your expertise will directly impact clients’ progress while your professional growth and well-being are valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and maintain high clinical standards.
• Maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure consistent quality of care.
• Support staff training, quality assurance, and curriculum development.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental needs.
• Comfortable with technology, including iPads, electronic data collection, and scheduling platforms.
• Up-to-date TB test, immunizations, and cleared background check.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff.
• Familiarity with research-based, evidence-based interventions.
