Essential Functions:
- Provide manualized weekly BBT-I therapy for 4 weeks.
- Instruct participants in the self-administration of questionnaires and sleep diary.
- Attend weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings
- Log progress notes and research data
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree in clinical psychology and one year of post-doctoral experience in clinical psychology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and knowledges and abilities essential to the successful performance of duties assigned to the position.
- Excellent clinical skills: experience working with individuals experiencing trauma or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and documenting encounters in clinical notes.
- Excellent communication skills for working with patients, clinic staff, and research staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients.
- Experience collaborating with academic partners.
- Licensed to practice in CA or state of residence. If not licensed in CA cannot practice in CA.
