Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time (After-School, In-Home ABA)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide after-school, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental delays. The RBT will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on behavior reduction and skill acquisition while maintaining a fun and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy sessions after school hours.
• Implement individualized programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record session data using approved methods.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the supervising BCBA.
• Support families in reinforcing skills and generalizing behaviors.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards, including HIPAA and BACB compliance.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required).
• Experience providing in-home ABA services (preferred 1+ year).
• Spanish-speaking preferred (bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred).
• High school diploma or higher education in psychology, education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Availability during after-school hours (approx. 2 PM – 7 PM).
• Must pass background check and TB screening.
