Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Direction: Lead the execution of comprehensive functional assessments and design individualized, evidence-based, and data-driven treatment plans.
- Supervision and Mentorship: Provide consistent, effective supervision, training, and direct mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, fostering high standards of practice and professional development.
- Caregiver Education: Deliver robust parent and caregiver training sessions to ensure successful generalization and maintenance of therapeutic goals across all environments.
- Service Commitment: Responsibly maintain a required minimum commitment of 30 billable hours per week while ensuring all services delivered meet rigorous standards of clinical quality and fidelity.
- Peer Collaboration: Actively participate within a peer-based pod model structure to enhance clinical consistency, share best practices, and offer mutual professional support.
- Program Advancement: Contribute valuable expertise to the development of staff training protocols, quality assurance (QA) measures, and organizational curriculum improvements.
Requirements
- Academic Background: Possession of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or an equivalent, closely related academic discipline.
- Professional Credential: Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Clinical History: Demonstrated experience providing effective behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable and skilled in utilizing modern clinical tools, including tablets (e.g., iPad), electronic data collection systems, and scheduling platforms.
- Compliance: Successful clearance of a comprehensive background check is mandatory, along with current documentation for a TB test and immunization records.
Preferred Qualifications
- The ability to communicate fluently and effectively in Spanish is highly advantageous.
