Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on various needs including PTSD care, crisis intervention, and support for individuals with autism. The LCSW will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will be experienced, compassionate, and driven to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. You’ll be working closely with youth and young adults, providing clinical support, advocacy, and therapeutic services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients, including those requiring home community care.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques when working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Ensure all practices adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Facilitate youth and family groups.
Experience
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
- Valid LCSW license in the state of practice.
- Experience in providing therapy for PTSD care and working with individuals with autism is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
- Previous experience in group therapy settings is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques and patient assessment methodologies.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
