Psychologist – Remote

Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced and licensed Psychologists to join an innovative project focused on validating psychological assessments, including Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) that evaluate key behavioral traits such as empathy. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in psychometrics and psychological assessment while contributing to cutting-edge research and development in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and validate psychological assessments, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create, refine, and verify the quality of assessments.

• Support a crowdsourced group in gathering high-quality behavioral data.

• Apply advanced knowledge of psychological theories and psychometric principles to evaluate assessments.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards in psychological assessment.

• Contribute insights to improve assessment processes and outcomes.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical or Industrial/Organizational Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)

• Valid license to practice in your state or country

• Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and psychometrics

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in clinical or I/O psychology

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on assessment validation or research projects

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Additional Notes:

• For candidates aligned with the UK requirement: Applicants should have completed their studies in the UK but currently practice in the US or Canada.

• Project headcount: 50 psychologists across the UK, Canada, and the US (approximately equal distribution).

• Fully remote (Canada, UK, USA)

• Flexible schedule to support weekday or weekend work as needed
