Key Responsibilities

  • Family Collaboration: Facilitate and deliver essential parent and caregiver training programs to support successful generalization and maintenance of skills outside the clinic setting.
  • Clinical Load Management: Maintain the required number of billable clinical hours per week, prioritizing direct supervision and service delivery.
  • Peer Support: Actively participate in a collaborative team structure, often utilizing a pod model, to share knowledge, ensure clinical fidelity, and support peers.
  • Program Advancement: Contribute proactively to continuous quality assurance (QA) processes, ongoing staff training initiatives, and the systematic enhancement of clinical curriculum.

Requirements

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a relevant, related field of study.
  • Certification: Must hold a current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Clinical Experience: Proven professional history working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with other complex developmental needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable and skilled in utilizing various technology platforms for clinical documentation, including electronic data collection systems, mobile devices, and scheduling software.
  • Clearance Standards: Successful completion of a background check and submission of current immunization records and a TB test clearance document are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual Skill: The ability to speak and communicate fluently in Spanish is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Total annual compensation potential for the first year ranges from $91,000 to $106,000, anchored by a robust base salary.
  • Work-Life Balance: A predictable, full-time schedule, typically running Monday through Friday and concluding in the late afternoon, designed for better evening integration.
  • Work Setting Flexibility: Primarily a center-based role, with eligibility for one remote work day per week.
  • Health and Retirement: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Enrollment in a 401(k) retirement savings plan with an employer matching contribution structure, which vests after one year.
  • Professional Growth Investment: Annual financial reimbursement designated for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) completion and professional development activities.
  • Career Path: Exceptional opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement within an expanding, team-oriented organization.
  • Innovative Engagement: Involvement in pioneering research initiatives and academic partnerships.
