Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive functional assessments and design sophisticated, data-driven treatment plans for diverse caseloads.
• Provide effective supervision and specialized mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, fostering skill mastery and career progression.
• Facilitate and deliver impactful parent and caregiver training sessions to uphold rigorous clinical quality standards and promote consistency across settings.
• Maintain a focused clinical workload, achieving a weekly minimum of 30 billable hours.
• Actively participate in a clinical pod model to promote peer support, knowledge sharing, and uniform clinical practice standards.
• Contribute to ongoing professional training programs, Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, and the development of clinical curricula.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field.
• Possess a current, board-certified BCBA credential.
• Proven experience delivering behavioral interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and various developmental needs.
• Demonstrated competency utilizing clinical technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and mobile devices (e.g., tablets).
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and provide documentation of a recent TB test and immunization records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
