Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Design: Lead the charge in conducting comprehensive functional assessments and meticulously developing evidence-based, data-driven treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Team Development: Provide crucial supervision, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, actively cultivating their skills and ensuring the consistent application of protocols.
- Family Partnership: Design and facilitate specialized parent and caregiver training programs to support the generalization of skills and positive outcomes across various settings.
- Service Productivity: Consistently meet the established weekly threshold for billable clinical service hours, prioritizing direct supervision and client intervention.
- Peer Collaboration: Actively engage within a collaborative, team-based framework (pod model) to share best practices, maintain clinical fidelity, and provide mutual support.
- Program Enrichment: Proactively contribute to quality assurance (QA) protocols, staff training curricula, and the continuous systematic improvement of clinical programs.
Requirements
- Education: Completion of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related, relevant academic field.
- Certification: Must hold a current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Clinical Experience: Proven professional history working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with diverse developmental needs.
- Technical Acumen: Skilled in utilizing clinical technology for documentation, including electronic data collection systems, mobile devices, and scheduling platforms.
- Clearance: Successful completion of a mandatory background verification and provision of current documentation for a TB test and immunization records are required upon commencement of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Communication: Fluency in the Spanish language is considered a valuable asset.
