Key Responsibilities

Assessment and Planning: Initiate and lead comprehensive functional assessments, then expertly develop data-informed, highly individualized treatment protocols tailored to client needs.
Supervisory Leadership: Provide high-quality clinical supervision, expert guidance, and continuous mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, ensuring rigorous treatment fidelity.
Family Partnership: Conduct impactful, skill-focused parent and caregiver training sessions to guarantee high clinical quality and promote the effective generalization of client skills.
Service Delivery Commitment: Consistently meet the required minimum of 30 billable clinical hours each week.
Collaborative Practice: Actively engage within a supportive team structure to foster peer development, maintain clinical consistency, and ensure unified approaches to care.
Program Enhancement: Contribute professional expertise to ongoing quality assurance processes, internal training materials, and the continuous development of clinical curricula.

Requirements

Certification: Must possess a current and active BCBA certification.
Education: A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field is mandatory.
Clinical Experience: Demonstrated success in providing behavior analytic services to individuals across the autism spectrum and those with other developmental support needs.
Technology Fluency: Highly proficient and comfortable using modern clinical technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and various devices.
Compliance: Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check and provide documentation of current immunization and TB test records.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual Capability: Professional working fluency in Spanish is a distinct advantage.

Total Compensation Potential: Highly competitive first-year total earnings potential ranging from $91,000 to $106,000.
This package includes a robust base salary between $80,000 and $95,000.
Also included is a first-year signing incentive of up to $5,000.
