Position Summary
We are seeking BCBA's to join our leadership team!
In this role, you will oversee clinical programs, mentor RBTs and mid-level providers, and guide the development of individualized treatment plans rooted in both clinical integrity and compassion.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture, quality, and sustainability of our ABA division as we expand across home, school, and telehealth settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and treatment plans (H0031/H0032).
- Supervise and support RBTs, mid-level clinicians, and parent training programs.
- Lead interdisciplinary collaboration with families, educators, and other service providers.
- Ensure clinical documentation meets Medi-Cal and insurance compliance standards.
- Oversee data systems (Catalyst, CR, etc.) and maintain fidelity to treatment goals.
- Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and growth opportunities to staff.
- Participate in case reviews, IEP consultations, and clinical leadership meetings.
- Contribute to operational workflows, policy development, and quality assurance systems.
Qualifications
Required:
- Current, active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience providing ABA therapy.
- Minimum 1 year of supervision or leadership experience (Lead BCBA, Clinical Supervisor, or QASP).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working within insurance-funded ABA programs (private or Medi-Cal sector) — including authorizations, reassessments, and documentation standards
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrating the ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and submit authorizations independently.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with school-based ABA services, IEP meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration (teachers, SLPs, OTs, etc.).
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with parents, educators, and medical providers.
- Interest in leading high-quality, family-centered clinical programs that integrate home, school, and community goals.

- Starting hourly rate: $60-$65
