Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Planning: Lead the execution of functional behavior assessments and the creation of individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans.
- Supervision and Training: Conduct regular supervision sessions and provide effective mentorship to therapists and program leads.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate parent and caregiver training to ensure effective skills carryover outside the clinic.
- Clinical Productivity: Consistently meet the required minimum billable clinical hours per week.
- Peer Support: Actively participate in a collaborative peer model to ensure consistent clinical quality across all programs.
- System Improvement: Contribute expertise to organizational efforts in staff training, quality assurance, and ongoing development of the service curriculum.
Key Requirements
- Credential: Current BCBA certification is required.
- Education: Master’s degree in a related behavioral health or educational field.
- Experience: Prior experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Technical Comfort: Proficiency in using modern technology, including electronic data collection systems and scheduling platforms.
- Compliance: Successful completion of health clearance checks and a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Skills: The ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is beneficial.
