Job Overview

We are actively seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our center-based team in the US Midwest. This role is essential for delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children and adults with developmental needs. We offer a culture that is structured, empowering, and team-oriented, providing a clear daytime schedule and the resources needed to focus on clinical work rather than administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Design: Lead the assessment process and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
  • Supervision: Provide effective supervision, training, and professional development to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
  • Stakeholder Training: Deliver crucial parent training to ensure effective treatment outcomes and generalization of skills.
  • Productivity Management: Consistently meet the required standard for billable clinical hours per week.
  • Peer Support: Participate in the internal collaboration model to maintain clinical consistency and share best practices across programs.
  • Program Development: Actively contribute to quality assurance (QA), staff training, and clinical curriculum development.

Requirements

  • Certification: Current, active BCBA certification is mandatory.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.
  • Technology: Familiarity and comfort using electronic platforms for scheduling and data collection.
  • Clearance: Successful completion of background checks and required health clearances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Spanish-speaking ability is a plus for serving a diverse client population.
  • Interest in collaboration on innovative research initiatives.

What We Offer

  • Clinical Autonomy: A model that reduces administrative burden, allowing for primary focus on clinical care delivery.
  • Work-Life Balance: Consistent Monday-Friday daytime work schedule with one potential Work-From-Home day per week.
  • Compensation: Highly competitive total annual earning potential in the first year.
  • Professional Growth: Substantial annual CEU reimbursement allowance and internal mentorship opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, and paid holidays.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer matching (vesting required).
  • Career Path: Clear opportunities for long-term career growth within an expanding organization.
