We are actively seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our center-based team in the US Midwest. This role is essential for delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children and adults with developmental needs. Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Design: Lead the assessment process and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
- Supervision: Provide effective supervision, training, and professional development to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Stakeholder Training: Deliver crucial parent training to ensure effective treatment outcomes and generalization of skills.
- Productivity Management: Consistently meet the required standard for billable clinical hours per week.
- Peer Support: Participate in the internal collaboration model to maintain clinical consistency and share best practices across programs.
- Program Development: Actively contribute to quality assurance (QA), staff training, and clinical curriculum development.
Requirements
- Certification: Current, active BCBA certification is mandatory.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Experience: Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.
- Technology: Familiarity and comfort using electronic platforms for scheduling and data collection.
- Clearance: Successful completion of background checks and required health clearances.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish-speaking ability is a plus for serving a diverse client population.
- Interest in collaboration on innovative research initiatives.
